Vogue has identified key trends for spring and summer including 70s redux as exemplified by Marc Jacobs’ kaftans, the jangle of bangles, and the return of the statement ‘trophy’ jacket characterised by bold sillouettes, distinctive decoration and intense detailing – buttons, badges and trims. Subtly exposed corsetry, bodices and bandeaus under sheer fabric, slip dresses and interesting cut aways are also heavily vintage influenced.
