Shipping Restrictions: Items ship only to the internal 48 United States - No PO Boxes or APO's
Backorders: If an item you have ordered turns out to be temporarily unavailable (Back-Order), you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be given the estimated date the item will be back in stock, and have the options to either wait until the item comes back in stock, or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Discontinued or Out of Stock: On rare occasions, an item will be permanently discontinued without prior notice. This is usually due to the manufacturer discontinuing production of the item model. The only thing we can do if this happens is to notify you immediately, issue a full refund as quickly as possible and apologize profusely on behalf of ourselves, our supplier and the manufacturer.
Domestic Handling Time: Most items are shipped out within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Large furniture items will take longer and details are given in each item description.
