RETURN POLICY |
|
We have a 30 day return policy on all items purchased from Designer Athletic. Returns must be in their original condition and come with their original box and the box must be intact and in good condition when the item is returned. No shipping fees are refunded.
You must obtain a return # before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you are planning to send an item back for return/exchange, and we will issue your return # and give you instructions on how to proceed. Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the receipt of the return #. Return #s are voided and items are ineligible for return after 30 days.
Defective merchandise is subject to inspection by Designerathletic and if the item is found to be defective a store credit will be issued. No refunds on defective items will be given.
