UPDATE

I have become so busy that I have to place

my store on vacation mode (again) - so I can catch up on orders.

Then I overworked myself and couldn't get out of bed for three days - and then.....my 91 yr old grandmother fell and

shattered her hip and been at the hospital. 

Things come in three's so I should be ok for awhile. 

CUSTOMERS - I will be working my little bum off to get your orders to you.  I will priority mail them to you or whatever I have to so you have them in time for any event/occasion that is coming up - especially your xmas card mailing.

DONT WORRY - all your orders are extremely important to me.

These past few months have been the busiest months

since I started over 3 years ago.

I should be able to open back up completely very shortly.

I take my business very seriously and because of my commitment to

100% Dedication to Customer service -

I need to attend to my current orders to be

able to create the high quality personalized labels they deserve.

I cant risk receiving negative feedback

due to delays in processing -

which people are starting to leave me even though

I have been upfront and honest. 

PLEASE - unless you have a deadline - be patient.

I list in my store auctions that I am a one person company and to please be patient - nothing has changed. 

I work all hours of the day and night and will continue to create beautiful high quality labels for you.  This is a personalization business - this is not a product I pull off the shelves. 

I don't charge you for my time to do the graphic design portion of these orders - you are basically getting graphic design work for nothing. I charge for the materials only.

I put my heart into every order - I try my hardest to not make mistakes - and for you to be happy.

I just don't get people who send me nasty emails.  Report me to eBay?  HUH?  I have almost a perfect feedback score - and that is because I am a great ebay Power seller that is committed to my customers, my business and my products.

why send me a nasty email when you could have called a long time ago?  Don't hide behind nasty emails - when you want to know what is going on with your order CALL ME - please don't send me a threatening email or telling me I dont know how to run a business.  I have been doing this for 5 years, have had top notch feedback up until this past month. 

All it does is upset me, and then I cant work until I settle down

Please Treat me like you want to be treated -

with decency and like a human being with feelings.  If I havent gotten back to your emails, its because so much has happened - I have over 800 emails at this moment.  I am spending my time going through them all and will work until I get through all of them.

Another necessary change is that I will be changing my work hours.  I have to - I have gotten sick twice now within the past month from working so much.  I will still get your orders out as fast as I can - but will not be working 7 days a week all day and night.  I just cant.  So from this day forward - I will be taking Sundays off.  I will work half days on Saturdays.  Monday thru Friday - 7 - 6:00.  I need some time for myself so I can gain my strength back and get full recovery.  Plus I have had no social life at all - I need to see my friends and work on getting a man in my life.  LOL.  I know too much information.  But it does get lonely working working working and no time for me and my dogs.  Which you can take a look at on my about me page.  Two rescued Greyhounds and a Borzoi.  They are the love of my life - my children and I haven't taken them on a walk for months because of work.

 

These new hours should not really affect things - if you need your order by a certain date - just give yourself a little more time in advance and make sure to tell me you need them by a certain day and I will make sure you get them - without errors because now I will have recovery time built in.

A:I ship everywhere. Standard first class shipping is $5.00.

A:There is a chart located approximately 3/4 of the way down the listing that displays the size labels available for that particular listing, with how many labels come on a sheet. Q:What is your return policy?
A:Due to the personal nature of these products, I can not accept returns. BUT if I have grossly misrepresented the item, or there was a typo, wrong shape size, etc. I will gladly reship your order out. Depending on the situation - If it was all my fault - I will pay for the shipping. If it was mutual - I will ask for you to pay the shipping.

A:Absolutely
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:This is not a simple answer. It depends on the complexity of the order - a one sheet order will take less time than a multiple sheet order with each sheet being something different. I process orders in the order I receive payment. Orders can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks to process.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:1 - 3 Sheets - $2.25; 4 - 10 - Sheets - $2.50; 10 or more sheets - Priority Mail - $5.00 There is a built in handling charge that pays for the overhead- label for address and postage, stamps.com, gas to and from post office. I DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY ON SHIPPING
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes. Worldwide shipping is $5.00 for International First Class Package; Canadian Shipping is the same as the USA
Q:can you tell me how many labels do you get for the price and what size are they?
A:Depending on the size and shape labels you choose will determine how many labels you will receive per sheet. Q:What designs can I use for the fabric labels?
A:Any design I have in my store can be converted into a fabric label. I just need to remind customers that you need to choose the fabric auction - when I send the form to complete - you tell me which design you would like to use.
Q:Can I have multiple names/designs on a sheet?
A:At this time, this feature is not available. I can print one design/name per sheet.
Q:Polyester Woven Fabric Labels - Is the price on this auction for the labels only with no personalization done? I would be interested in these if I could have you personalize them for me.
A:the price for the fabric labels includes designing the labels for you. You can select any design I offer in my store. I also can accept your own logo, etc. Once an order is placed - I send out a form to fill out where you can provide me all the details you would like on the labels.
Q:Can you use my own photos or logo of my company on your labels
A:Absolutely - you can email me any .jpg, .bmp, or .png image and I will be happy to convert it into any label.
Q:Can I see all the borders you have available?

Q:When do you do customization of labels, after you pay or when?
A:After payment. Once an order is placed - I send you form to fill out. Once I receive the completed form and payment - I create the proof(s) and send them to you for your review and approval.
Q:What do you need from me once I place an order
A:This is what I am going to need from you 1 - Label Type and Size 2 - Design Name/Number 3 - Personalization information - name, etc 4 - Font Choice 5 - Font Color (if applicable) 6. Size/Shape labels
Q:What if I dont see exactly what I am looking for:
A:If you want to me to create something that is not offered in my store—there can be a Professional Service Fee. Please ask me questions before ordering I can then let you know if its something I can do without charging or I will need to charge.
Q:Do you do food labels to meet FDA standards?
