Proofs

1. Single sheet orders do not receive proofs. PERIOD. No exceptions. Products that are excluded from this policy are fabric labels, and any kind of tag or card.

2. I do not provide proofs before a purchase.  The reason for this is out of respect to the customers who have already made a purchase and are waiting for their order.  Proofs take time, and if I am working on a proof for someone that might/might not purchase - that was time that I could have been working on their order.  I hope that you can understand and respect my integrity to my customers.

Processing Time

Please note that normal processing time is 7 - 14 BUSINESS days - NOT including holidays and weekends.

My products are not pull off the shelf items. These are products that I customize to your specifications.

I send out weekly status updates to keep you apprised of anything that might prevent your order from being processed within this time frame. I offer special exceptions at this time.

New Alert System - Please do not abuse. Use these terms in the subject line:

"STATUS - JUST CHECKING IN" - you have not received proofs within 10 days of placing your order

"NEED BY/DEADLINE" - this is when you need your order close to the time frame of normal processing time and you need to make sure you get them in time. Not necessarily a rush - but you need them by a certain date.

"ALERT" - hopefully I never receive this one - this is when you have received two status update emails from me and have not received any form of communication. Usually this is due to an email malfunction of some sort. I have either sent the proofs and you haven't received them yet, or there is an issue with your order, sent you an email and you didn't receive it.

PLEASE make sure that if you have a deadline - that you are aware of my processing time - and alert me. I offer rush service for $10.00 - I get those out within 5 - 7 days.

Please also make sure that your registered eBay email is the email that you check on frequently - and also check your junk/deleted folder.
