UPDATE
I have become so busy
that I have to place
my store on vacation mode
(again) - so I can catch up on orders.
I AM
STILL TAKING ORDERS -
Please understand that my normal delivery of 7 - 14
days is not happening right now. I will have no problem processing
orders and getting them to you in plenty of time for Christmas.
This is Just TEMPORARY.

CUSTOMERS - I am still
here working away - placing my store on vacation mode is just to slow
down the new orders and just let new orders know there will be a delay.
DONT WORRY - all your
orders are extremely important to me.
These past few months have been the busiest months
since I started over 3 years ago.
I should be able to open
back up completely very shortly.
I take my business very
seriously and because of my commitment to
100% Dedication to Customer
service -
I need to attend to my
current orders to be
able to create the high
quality personalized labels they deserve.
I cant risk receiving
negative feedback
due to delays in
processing -
which people are starting
to leave me even though
I have been upfront and
honest.
I am a one person shop -
processing 300 orders at
a time.
PLEASE - unless you have
a deadline - be patient.
I list in my store
auctions that I am a one person company and to please be
patient - nothing has changed.
I work all hours of the
day and night to create beautiful high quality labels for you.
This is a personalization business -
this is not a product I
pull off the shelves.
I don't charge you for my
time to do the graphic design portion of these orders - you are
basically getting graphic design work for nothing. I charge for the
materials only.
If
you want a regular personalized label - go to someone else
!!!!!!
Most (not all) of all
these designs I designed myself
I put my heart into every
order - I try my hardest to not make mistakes - and for you to be happy.
I just don't get people
who send me nasty emails. Report me to eBay? HUH? I
have almost a perfect feedback score - and that is because I am a great
ebay Powerseller that is committed to my customers, my business and my
products. THIS IS SITUATIONAL - its called growing pains.
Do you think I am going to work harder
when you
do
send me a nasty email?
You should have read my auction completely first.
It says I am a one person business and that this is my busiest season.
One more thing - I
have my personal phone number posted all over -
why send me a nasty
email when you could have called a long time ago? Don't hide
behind nasty emails - when you want to know what is going on with your order
CALL ME - don't send me a threatening email.
All it does is upset
me, and then I cant work until I settle down -
so you are actually
being selfish and holding up everyone else's order.
Treat me like you want to
be treated -
with decency and like a human being with feelings.
