UPDATE

I have become so busy that I have to place

my store on vacation mode (again) - so I can catch up on orders.

Then I overworked myself and couldn't get out of bed for three days - and then.....my 91 yr old grandmother fell and

shattered her hip and been at the hospital. 

Things come in three's so I should be ok for awhile. 

CUSTOMERS - I will be working my little bum off to get your orders to you.  I will priority mail them to you or whatever I have to so you have them in time for any event/occasion that is coming up - especially your xmas card mailing.

DONT WORRY - all your orders are extremely important to me.

These past few months have been the busiest months

since I started over 3 years ago.

I should be able to open back up completely very shortly.

I take my business very seriously and because of my commitment to

100% Dedication to Customer service -

I need to attend to my current orders to be

able to create the high quality personalized labels they deserve.

I cant risk receiving negative feedback

due to delays in processing -

which people are starting to leave me even though

I have been upfront and honest. 

PLEASE - unless you have a deadline - be patient.

I list in my store auctions that I am a one person company and to please be patient - nothing has changed. 

I work all hours of the day and night and will continue to create beautiful high quality labels for you.  This is a personalization business - this is not a product I pull off the shelves. 

I don't charge you for my time to do the graphic design portion of these orders - you are basically getting graphic design work for nothing. I charge for the materials only.

I put my heart into every order - I try my hardest to not make mistakes - and for you to be happy.

I just don't get people who send me nasty emails.  Report me to eBay?  HUH?  I have almost a perfect feedback score - and that is because I am a great ebay Power seller that is committed to my customers, my business and my products.

why send me a nasty email when you could have called a long time ago?  Don't hide behind nasty emails - when you want to know what is going on with your order CALL ME - please don't send me a threatening email or telling me I dont know how to run a business.  I have been doing this for 5 years, have had top notch feedback up until this past month. 

All it does is upset me, and then I cant work until I settle down

Please Treat me like you want to be treated -

with decency and like a human being with feelings.  If I havent gotten back to your emails, its because so much has happened - I have over 800 emails at this moment.  I am spending my time going through them all and will work until I get through all of them.

Another necessary change is that I will be changing my work hours.  I have to - I have gotten sick twice now within the past month from working so much.  I will still get your orders out as fast as I can - but will not be working 7 days a week all day and night.  I just cant.  So from this day forward - I will be taking Sundays off.  I will work half days on Saturdays.  Monday thru Friday - 7 - 6:00.  I need some time for myself so I can gain my strength back and get full recovery.  Plus I have had no social life at all - I need to see my friends and work on getting a man in my life.  LOL.  I know too much information.  But it does get lonely working working working and no time for me and my dogs.  Which you can take a look at on my about me page.  Two rescued Greyhounds and a Borzoi.  They are the love of my life - my children and I haven't taken them on a walk for months because of work.

These new hours should not really affect things - if you need your order by a certain date - just give yourself a little more time in advance and make sure to tell me you need them by a certain day and I will make sure you get them - without errors because now I will have recovery time built in.
