We specialize in screen printed t-shirts and are located in Eden Prairie, MN. All of our products are name brand tees and are described in detail in the individual listings. All products are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment but 95% of all t-shirt orders are shipped within 1 business day. If you have any questions about our company or our integrity, please read our feedback page. We offer 100% guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied, please return your product for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) or we will also replace it if you wish or even exchange your size.


Below we have listed a number of frequently asked questions about our service. Please read these before emailing us as most questions are answered here. Thank you very much for viewing our products. We hope that you come back again soon as we are adding new products every week.


FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What is the size and/or color of the t-shirt in the listing?
You pick the size of the t-shirt. At the top of the listing, there is a place to pick your color (if more than one is available) and your t-shirt size.


How long will it take to get my t-shirt?
We ship all of our items within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. However, 95% of our products are shipped within 1 business day. If you t-shirt is not going to be shipped out within this time frame, we will email you. If you take a look at our feedback, you will see that most customers say that they received their products very fast. Please do not email us to get it shipped sooner because of a holiday, birthday, etc. We do our best to get all orders shipped as fast as we can.


Do you combine shipping?
Yes we do. For this to happen, you need to commit to buy the items and then we will send you an updated shipping invoice. This will have your new shipping amount with the discount. We usually will do this within a few hours. If you cannot wait for an updated invoice and decide to just pay the amount shown, please know that we will refund your overpaid shipping amount to your PayPal account or credit card within a few hours of the time that the item is shipped.


I overpaid for my shipping, do I get a refund?
Absolutely. If you overpaid for your shipping please know that we will refund your overpaid shipping amount to your PayPal account or credit card within 24 hours of the time that the item is shipped.


I have not received my tracking number.
Please log into your ebay account and click to go to the item's page. Click on View Order Details and you will see the shipping information. Also, you can log into your PayPal account and click on the transaction and you will see the items information (and tracking number). If you did not receive an email with your tracking number it is because PayPal probably does not have your current email address. Please make sure that PayPal has your correct and current email address.


I have not received my t-shirt yet and I have allowed adequate shipping time.
Please log into your Ebay account and click on my messages. If you did not receive any emails from us at your current email address, it is probably because Ebay does not have your correct and current email address. If you do not see any emails from us, please go to the item and click on View Order Details and then see if there is a tracking number next to your order. If there is, please click on this tracking number and you can see where your item is. Also, please make sure that the ship to address is correct. We ship to the address that was sent with your payment. If this address is incorrect, we will not ship another t-shirt until we receive the t-shirt back (this can sometimes take the Postal Service up to 3 weeks to get the package back to us). If your address is not correct, please contact us right away and we will make sure that we work something out to get your purchase to you or offer a refund.


Can I get my item shipped faster?
PLEASE NOTE: Once your item is shipped, it is out of our hands. We DO NOT guarantee that your item is received in the shipping guidelines. They are only guidelines provided by the United States Postal Service and are not guarantees. These shipping times may take longer than posted (especially around the holidays). The only thing that we guarantee is that your order will ship in the 1-3 days that we require to process your order.


We offer 3 options for domestic shipping in the United States: USPS First Class (5-7 days shipping time once your order is shipped), USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 says shipping time once your order is shipped), and USPS Express Mail (1 business day - to most US addresses - shipping time once your order is shipped). If these 3 options are not showing up, please contact us and we will send you an updated invoice with these options. We do not ship UPS or Fed/Ex at this time.


For International Orders we only offer 1 option: USPS Priority International Shipping (7-10 business days shipping time once item is shipped). These times may take longer depending on the customs departments in your country. If your order does get stuck in customs, there is nothing that we can do but wait it out. This is something that does not happen often, but these times can increase especially around the holidays. We do not ship UPS or Fed/Ex at this time.


What are the measurements of the t-shirts?
In each listing there is a measurement chart listed. These measurements are provided by the manufacturer of the t-shirts and are not changed by us at all. Please click on the item in question and you will see the measurement chart in the listing.


My T-shirt is the wrong size - can I exchange it?
Absolutely. There is a return label in each package. Just follow the instructions on the label and we will take care of it. There is no need to contact us further. We will ask that you return the item to the following address and that the item is unwashed, unworn (except for trying it on of course) and deodorant free. We will ask you to let us know what size you would like so that we can have it ready to ship once we receive your other t-shirt back (this is on the label as well). In case you don't still have the label, simply fill out on a piece of paper what you would like us to do (exchange, refund, size, color, etc.) and return to the address below:

What is your return policy / guarantee?
We guarantee our items 100%. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us and we will either exchange your item or refund your purchase 100% (minus shipping charges).
