 | A: If item not as represented, return unworn and in brand new condition within 3 days of receipt for a refund; 10% restocking fee applies unless item is exchanged (must be for equivelant value). Items may not be returned if original sticker is not affixed. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. |

 | A: Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 72 hours except on Holidays as there may be some delays. Special orders will normally ship as promised during the ordering process. |

 | A: There's NEVER a handling fee and most of our items have FREE FedEx Insured Shipping including some International orders as stated in auctions. Insured Shipping is $15 for domestic 2 day shipments and $25 for overnight shipments. International Shipping is also FREE unless otherwise stated in the auction.  | Q: Do you offer International Warranty? |

 | A: No, since we are not Authorized dealers for any of the brands we sell we offer our own in house warranty. If there's a problem with an item please contact us at 818-501-5258 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and send it back to us. We will then forward the item to our authorized dealers for repair. |
 | Q: If the International Guarantee is not valid do I still get the warranty card? |

 | A: No, the warranty card that is provided by the manufacturer stays with the authorized dealer that initially sold to us. |
 | Q: If I need service will the Manufacturer service my watch? |
 |
 | A: Absolutely, all of our watches are recognized by the manufacturers through the serial numbers as we guarantee the authenticity. You will however need to pay for the services they provide. |
