| A:absolutely, we offer FREE WORLD WIDE shipping. We used to charge S&H fees, so you may see some reference to fees in the body of some listings, we simply have not been able to update the template. All listings are programmed to check out with FREE shipping. |

| A:Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday & Saturday for USA orders and Saturday only for International shipments. We have no control over the USPS, however, your item 'should' arrive to you within 2-5 days/USA & 10 days for international. |

| A:Most of our inventory is .925 silver and is clearly stated in the listing. If you do not see .925 stated, the piece is of our fashion jewelry line. Please refer to the next question for further details. |
| Q:What is the base metal in your plated & rhodium pieces? |

| A:Most jewelry manufacturers use silver or brass as a base or core metal. The base metal for our plated items is jeweler's bronze. It is superior in all ways for beauty and wearability. Jeweler's bronze is more expensive but all around it is just a better choice! |
| Q:Are your stones genuine? |

| A:Yes and no. Absolutely, YES we do carry genuine gemstones. However, we also carry Lab created opals, Swarovski crystal and Russian Formula zircons. Your listing will clearly state the stones of the particular piece. |
| Q:I see a ring I like, do you have it in another size?? |

| A:Probably we do! Let us know the size you need and we can let you know if we have it in stock. |

| A:Immerse the jewelry for 8-10 seconds in any good liquid gold or silver cleaner. Rinse the jewelry clean under a warm water faucet. Rinse the jewelry once again in a separate glass or plastic container in a soapy water solution. And finally, thoroughly rinse the jewelry again under the warm water faucet, then...Towel dry and leave on towel & blowdry |
