1. What kinds of Payments does Designer Ebabies take?
Per Ebay policy, Designer Ebabies accepts paypal for faster service. We also accept Echecks, MasterCard, Visa & Discover through Paypal.

2. Do you ship internationally?
No, currently Designer Ebabies ships to the lower 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska.

2. Do you ship to P.O., APO, FPO Boxes?
Due to our UPS contract, UPS is unable to deliver these large packages to P.O. Boxes. We are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses due to lack of paypal seller protection.

3. How long will my shipment take?
Each item ships usually within 1-2 days.
After warehouse processing, item then ships via ground service with one of our 2 carriers. UPS/Fedex are the preferred methods of shipping for faster & reliable service. Currently, expedited shipping is unavailable.

4. Do you accept returns?
Returns are appreciated within 7 days of receiving shipment. Items must be brand new, unassembled, & all paperwork & accessories returned to be eligible for refund. A prepaid return label is issued for defective or shipping damage and a refund or exchange is provided.
Buyer's remorse issues, under certain circumstances & with proper notification, can be returned, however return shipping is at buyer's expense. Also, refunds are less true initial shipping costs, even when free shipping is offered. All items are insured by the carriers, either Fedex or UPS, and in the event of shipping damage, we will work with our buyer & the carrier to file an insurance claim. We care about our customer's satisfaction, and adhere to a no hassle policy.
