Because the majority of our products are special order or one-of-a-kind, a 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. If your merchandise is not in stock a special order will be placed immediately, thereby guaranteeing the price you were quoted. | Cancellation Policy |
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. At Designs And Styles discretion, based on our evaluation of your circumstances we may authorize an order cancellation. All cancellations on in stock orders will be assessed an 20% restocking fee. All custom or special orders cancelled will not be refunded their initial deposit of 50%. Orders that have already shipped will fall under the policies as stated in the RETURN POLICY.
