eBay's Digital POLICY

Q:What is your return policy?
A:Due to the electronic nature of the product and it's ability to be reproduced, refunds are not offered. If you receive a damaged cd, I will gladly exchange it for a new one. Thanks for your understanding of and cooperation with this policy.

A:I am happy to combine shipping for multiple auctions won!
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:1) Designs will be emailed within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday 9am-9pm EST Payments received after 6pm EST Friday -Sunday will be delivered via email Monday morning. I reserve weekends to spend with my family. 2) You may opt for your order on CD for $6.95. This will be mailed within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority mail
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Email delivery is free of charge. You may opt for your order on CD for $6.95. I am happy to combine shipping for multiple auctions won! CDS are mailed via USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes! There is a flat rate of $6.95 for a CD. Shipped internationally, it will be sent standard mail. Again, email delivery is always free.
Q:What equipment do I need to use these designs?
A:These are machine embroidery designs. You need an embroidery machine to stitch these designs. You will need the appropriate hardware/software to transfer my designs to your embroidery machine. ie: reader/writer, amazing/magic/ultimate box. Q:How do I let you know what format I need?
A:Please specify what format you need on your payment. If no format is specified, PES will be sent via default.
