My Goal


SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY AND INFORMATION

I'm real easy to deal with. Make a purchase, pay for it in a timely manner and I ship it right away in a professional manner. Nothing complicated. But for those that like everything spelled out and in writing, please read on. . .

~ PAYMENTS ~

  • I accept any form of payment through PayPal made in U.S. funds only.
  • I do not accept credit cards directly.
  • You do not need to have a Paypal account to make your payment through them by credit card or debit card!
  • All orders paid with eCheck will be held until your eCheck clears - usually about 5 days.
  • Payments are expected within seven (7) days of the date of purchase or after the last winning auction is closed.
  • If your payment will be delayed please let me know before the 7 days is up so we can come to an agreement.
  • An unpaid item complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment.
  • I leave you positive feedback when your payment is received!

~ SALES TAX ~

  • Residents and businesses of Wisconsin are subject to a 5% sales tax.
  • This applies to all shipments delivered to a Wisconsin address.

~ SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ~

  • Shipping and handling covers the following: Postage plus delivery confirmation (where available), packaging & packing materials (this would include but is not limited to, bubble wrap, envelopes/boxes, ink, paper, shipping labels & other necessary supplies), secure & proper packaging and the prompt dispatch of your item from my facility.

~ COMBINED SHIPPING ~

  • Items may be combined for up to 7 days. Please contact me if you are waiting for items to close so I can note your account. Be sure to hold payment until the last auction closes and pay for all of your items in one, combined payment.

~ U.S. SHIPPING ~

  • Shipping costs will be clearly noted on the item page.
  • I offer a flat fee of $3.00 shipping & handling no matter how little or how much you purchase!
  • Combined shipping is offered with any combination of items from my auctions or my store.
  • Domestic shipments are usually shipped within 1 business day (excludes Sundays and holidays).
  • Most shipments will be shipped via First Class Mail unless the total weight of your order makes Priority Mail more cost effective.
  • Please make sure your Ship To address on your payment is correct. I will not be responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

~ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ~

  • Shipping costs will be clearly noted on the item page.
  • I offer a flat fee of $3.00 shipping & handling for any jewelry items no matter how little or how much you purchase! Wigwam socks are invoiced at actual shipping cost.
  • Combined shipping is offered with any combination of items from my auctions or my store.
  • International shipments are usually shipped within 1 business day (excludes Sundays and holidays).
  • Most shipments will be shipped via First Class Mail International unless the total weight of your order makes Global Priority or Express Mail more cost effective.
  • Please make sure your Ship To address on your payment is correct. I will not be responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

International Buyers – Please Note:

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
  • I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

~ RETURN POLICY ~

  • I stand behind my items and strive to resolve any issue there may be with my customer’s complete satisfaction.
  • If I shipped you the wrong item, or you receive the item and it is damaged, I will either replace the item at NO additional charge to you or give you a FULL refund of the purchase price including shipping charges!  THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
  • If you order the wrong item or you did not read descriptions carefully, I will still accept returns in any unopened factory packaging.  I will give you a full refund for the purchase price of the item (this does not include shipping charges) or I will exchange the product, however you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.  Please read all descriptions carefully!
  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition with record of the purchase included.
  • All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

At Designs By Lady Di, I consider it a privilege to service your jewelry and hosiery needs.  Your patronage and satisfaction is highly valued.  I commit to my customers to resolve any issue to your 100% satisfaction.  In return, I ask that you contact me if you are unsatisfied in any way prior to leaving feedback and I will strive to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.
