We will refund your purchase price if you aren't completely satisfied - once we have received the returned item. No refunds given for shipping costs. There will be transaction fees and a refund fee.

COMBINED SHIPPING DISOUNTS:
We will combine shipping on multiple item purchases if you will let us know, wait for the combined shipping invoice with all items listed, make one payment for all items purchased (from the combined shipping invoice) and all items are able to be shipped together.
Please note some of our items cannot be shipped together.
We will not combine shipping on items paid for individually or before the combined shipping invoice is sent.

Q: In an address sign, can I have letters instead of numbers?
A: We can place letters instead of numbers in the address sign as long as your customization will fit in the space available. There are 7 letters spaces available in the address sign.
Spaces include blank spaces as well as actual characters. Custom lettering is all in capital letters.
Q: Do you combine shipping?

Q: How long does it take to make a custom sign?
A: Our custom signs take approximately 2-4 weeks to craft before shipping.
Q: After I win how do I tell you what I want on my custom sign?
A: You can provide the customization for your custom sign either via an eBay Message by using the Ask Seller a Question link on the auction page or if paying with Paypal in the Notes section of your Paypal payment.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do not ship outside the USA.
