Item was the incorrect size(too small) although I plugged all vehicle information in and the system confirmed it as correct. Had them professionally installed just to find out it was wrong. I contacted Detroit Axle and a gentleman named Burt reached out to me personally via text and a phone call. He acknowledged their mistake and promptly set a new order to be shipped to me. The correct rotors were $30 more but they waived that price increase and offered them for free! Awesome service!!

Paid for new parts. The parts I received was in open box, and had road grime all over them. Previously had bolts on them can see where they had be mounted scratched... etc... look at pictures have the old strut that was removed then the (new strut) laying next to right out of open box. Messaged the seller. Three days later I recive a message back asking for more pictures including open boxes... I run a business repairing customers car.
