Shipping & Handling
ACEOs/ Artist Cards
I mail ACEOs/ ATCs as soon as payment is received. They generally go out the same or next business day. I mail using USPS first class mail to US destinations, first class international air mail for international destinations. Your shipping charges cover the cost of postage, plus a small amount to offset the materials I use for shipping. All 'flat' ACEOs are shipped in a new penny sleeve, top loader, specialty or vellum envelope, enclosed in a new quality blank card and envelope. Thicker ACEOs are further enclosed in a new padded envelope. The charge is usually $1 for US, $2 for CA and Europe for flat ACEOs, $1.50 for US, $2 for CA and $3 for Europe for thicker ACEOs that need to be mailed in padded envelopes. I often offer free shipping on ACEOs to take advantage of eBay Free Shipping incentives and promotions. If I benefit, I pass that benefit on to my customers.
It is often easier and safer to mail ACEOs separately, so I don't offer combined shipping for ACEOs. If for some reason you want your multiple ACEO purchases mailed together, I am happy to try to accommodate. International customers it is best if ACEOs are mailed separately as flat first class letters. This way, no customs forms for me, no customs charges for you.
Quilt Patterns
I mail patterns as soon as payment is received. They generally go out the same or next business day. I mail in a new pattern-sized clasp envelope using USPS first class mail to US destinations, first class international air mail for international destinations. If you are in a hurry to receive your pattern, for most patterns I can arrange electronic delivery while you are waiting for the hardcopy to arrive.
Shipping is free for all quilt patterns to US destinations, regardless of number purchased. This is my special offer to you as I know you can purchase quilt patterns at your local quilt store, and I appreciate your purchases!
Quilts and Quilt Tops
I ship quilts as soon as payment is received. They generally go out the next business day. I carefully wrap each quilt in new tissue paper to prevent excessive wrinkling. Then I enclose in new plastic bags just in case the box gets wet during shipping. I use USPS flat rate boxes, so there is no extra charge for packing materials. Using flat rate boxes means I can get your purchase to you fastest, since I don't have to weigh and separately calculate postage for each quilt.
I am happy to combine shipping of quilts. For multiple quilts, it is usually cheaper to ship using Fed Ex Ground. To do this, I will need an estimate from the Fed Ex shipping calculator before I can send you a combined invoice. I am happy to do this!
Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you find that an ACEO or quilt is significantly not as described, I will refund your purchase price. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Because my original quilt patterns are copyrighted material, I cannot routinely accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, I will work with you to achieve your satisfaction.
