DECLARED VALUE - It is against the law for us to alter any shipping documents. We cannot knowingly violate the laws of the US or the laws governing your country.
SHIPPING - Due to an excessive amount of lost and delayed packages with the United State Postal Service, DCP Inc. no longer ships to Canada via postal. All shipments are now made exclusively via United Parcel Service.
DUTIES and TAXES - Canada and other countries imposes duties and taxes on all packages shipped into their country. These charges are collected and retained by Canada, and DCP has no control or involvement in these taxes. Any issues with these charges should be brought to the attention of the of your local government.
CORE CHARGES - Due to exchange rates and the time restraints of the core return process, DCP now charges for all cores shipped outside the U.S. All Canadian customers are allowed 45 days from receipt of order to return the core to our facility. The cores MUST be in received and in our possession on or before the 45th day after you receive the product.
CORE RETURNS - Diesel Care does not pay for the return shipping and/or the duties and taxes associated with the return of cores to our location. When filling out documentation for the return of the core, you must pay all duties and taxes prior to shipment of the product. If any core return is received with duties and/or taxes owed, they will be deducted from your core credit.
POSTAL DUE PACKAGES - Any packages received with postal due of any kind will have that amount deducted from the core return. Posta
