Payment Policy:

PayPal is our preferred payment method. We accept Credit Card payments through PayPal only. Successful bidders/buyers will receive an email with a link to a secure checkout page to complete payment for your order. If you prefer to send a payment directly through PayPal or you may request an invoice. All orders must be paid in full within 7 business days. If you are purchasing multiple items, take advantage of our combined shipping. Our checkout will allow you to easily combine all your purchases into one invoice to make a single payment. If there is a problem with the ebay checkout when purchasing multiple items, we can send a revised invoice before payment has been completed.
 

Shipping Information:

We are now offering Free shipping on select items. Purchase as much quantity as you want and get free shipping on the entire order. For products that do not have free shipping, we do offer combined shipping, so you can purchase as many items as you wish and we will take at least 50% off S/H for each additional item purchased when all items are paid for with one payment. Highest shipping rate is charged. Weight / size limitations may apply, please contact us for details. Once you have won an auction or selected buy it now, we will combine each item into one invoice. We generally ship items within 1-2 business days after purchase date. Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number if applicable. Shipping upgrades are available contact us for quote prior to completing payment. Digital Scale Wholesale is not responsible for any Customs Duty / Brokerage Fees or Taxes imposed on International Shipments.
 

Return Policy:

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Returns are accepted for D.O.A. / defective items within 14 days from the time of payment is received for a full refund of your purchase price, an exchange for the same item, or credit towards a different item. We do not charge a restocking fee when processing returns or refunds. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee allows you to buy with confidence!
