Good communication and fast shipping hard to work neither when it comes to negotiating. I received the item but after better inspection the filter was honest trash intake is great tried to work something out does not care to work something out quick to ask for item back. Ask for better pictures and work a price out.

This customer sent two low offers that weren't accepted. He continued to try and negotiate the price and asked questions regarding the item that we answered. We had several pictures of the item from various angles and described the part accurately. He decided to order the item for the listed price and upon receipt immediately started to try and get a partial refund. We refused his request and asked him to send the item back for a full refund.
