Returns must be requested within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date for exchange or refund. Requests for credits receive 100% value. In order to receive a Refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your Refund. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
