Please be aware that our parts are not this way, our entire inventory is Brand New OEM or FSP Parts, and they are not installed, and have no scratch marks on the terminals or any signs of installation. Almost all of our items come brand new in the Factory Replacement box or packaging. If you have any questions on this issue please email us.
