We sell only NEW GENUINE FACTORY Replacement Parts and Guarantee them not to be defective at the time of installation. If by slim chance one would prove to be defective we would issue another replacement at no charge. We do not cover customer misdiagnosis: Example: If you were to purchase a timer or control board and after installation your appliance is having the same problem, than obviously you have another part that may be bad. You could remove it and then resell the item yourself on EBay as a New but previously installed part. We do this to protect our customers from receiving a part that someone else may have tried to install, it is for your saftey that you get a new electrical or gas component.
