FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
VERY IMPORTANT, Please Read:
If there is a problem with a listing, we will email the winner of the item with options to refund or exchange item before it is shipped out. We respond to your Paypal payment eMail along with the eMail address in your eBay account. If you have 3 different eMail accounts listed with eBay, eBay Payments, and/or Paypal...you may be receiving multiple eMails for the same thing. If you do not answer one of these, the next step we attempt is to contact you via telephone. If your number is not listed when you created your eBay account, then we obviously have no other way of contacting you. It is up to you to check your eMails and respond to us. We try very hard to keep our customers happy, which is why we go to great lengths to contact you if there is a problem.
Our Mission Statement
We raise money for our non-profit group and maintain full time jobs as well. Due to the hundreds of emails received weekly, we are not able to answer many specific questions and have provided this FAQ list to answer the most frequently asked questions.
Also, if you purchase anything from us, you are agreeing that you have read, understand, and abide by the Policies below.
Are All Costumes in Stock?
Yes...all Costumes, Accessories, and other items in our eBay Store, are On Hand/In Stock. ALL items come from a Non-Smoking environment.
PAYMENT INFO:
When is my payment for items due?
You have 7 calendar days after auction has ended to pay for your item. Arrangements must be made with us if you need more time. An eBay notice will go out after 5 days, to remind you about payment.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept Paypal, Bidpay, e-checks, Money Orders, Cashier’s Check (Bank Drawn Checks), and Cash (at your own risk). If you are sending a payment in the mail, please be sure to include your Auction Item Number AND your Shipping Address. Without these 2 things it makes it difficult to ship your item.
Due to Personal Check and Company Check abuse, we can no longer accept Personal Checks or Company Checks. No Exceptions. If a Personal Check or Company Check is sent to us, it will be sent back to you, and will delay your shipment. When paying by Paypal, your item will be shipped to your address listed on the Paypal notice sent to us.

International Buyers Please Note: Currently we only offer items on the United States eBay website. Since you are buying from the US website, Payments MUST be made in US Funds ONLY. If you send funds in your country's currency, your MUST make other payment arrangements. Your Non-USA Currency funds will be shipped back to you in your item package. We accept Paypal, Bidpay, eChecks, or International Money Orders.
How long will it take for my Paypal payment to clear?
Paypal payments are immediate UNLESS you have just opened an account with Paypal, which may take a few business days for your account to be active. Also, eChecks through Paypal are NOT immediate.
How long will an e-check take to clear?
It normally takes 3-5 days for an e-check to clear, although it also can take up to 2 weeks to clear our account.

Where do you ship your items?
We ship WORLDWIDE, and can also ship to US Military addresses (Both may incur additional shipping charges).
When will my item be shipped?
Items are shipped out approximately 1-3 BUSINESS days (Monday thru Friday) after payment is received.
Please remember that if you are sending through the mail, we won't receive your payment for atlease 3 days, and maybe upto 10 days. So your item will be shipped after that.
Also, if you purchase something and tell us in your payment that you need it by a certain day, you should make sure that it is possible for you to get it by then. **Example: You purchase something on Friday, January 1. You make payment via Paypal Saturday, January 2. Item will be shipped by Wednesday, January 5th. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to deliver (not garenteed by the Post Office), which takes it to Saturday, January 8th. Express Mail can be purchased but you have to contact us in order for us to give you a quote and day for shipping.
Due to the volume of payments, we are not able to send out additional emails when payment is received, but as mentioned, packages go out approximately 1-3 business days after payment is received.
How is my item shipped?
ALL items are shipped through our Shipping Department Mailroom. Items are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Post Office unless otherwise noted in the auction. Please do not ask for other methods of shipping during the Halloween season (September-October), our Shipping Department is very busy and uses this method because of the efficiency of the Post Office. Our responsibility for uninsured items ends at the post office. We are not responsible for items lost or misplaced by the post office. In the very rare event that an item goes missing, we will gladly file a search request with the post office, as you should too, but we cannot replace items lost in the mail or stolen from your mailbox. If you would like insurance on your package, it is your responsibility to request and pay for insurance.
How much is shipping for my items(s)?
Check the calculator at the bottom of the auction for shipping rates to your zip code (United States). If this is going out of the United States, you will have to email us for Shipping Rates to your country. Take $1 off your Total Purchases if you are NOT using PAYPAL. We raise money for our Arts group and have full time jobs as well. We use a mailroom service to get packages out quickly. The service sets the prices for s+h. We make sure and include shipping calculators in auctions so buyers can see the charges up front.
Do you combine shipping?
We can combine shipping ONLY IF each auction ends with 7 days of each other, AND you let us know that you are still shopping. Our Shipping Department packs everything up as auctions end in order to get it out on time.
What are the Combined Shipping Rates?
Combined shipping rates on all auctions are Regular Price on the most expensive shipping cost, followed by 1/2 shipping amounts for other auctions won.
** Please Note: Auctions listed with a starting price of 99 cents do not qualify for combined shipping.
How much do you charge for International Shipping?
Our mailroom charges actual shipping PLUS a $4 handling charge. For Items weighing less than 4 lbs., we will provide 3 different shipping options when an eBay Invoice is sent. These options include Global Priority (4-6 days), Airmail Letter Post (5-7 days), and Economy Surface Letter (4-6 WEEKS). Quotes for Express mail (1-3 days) are furnished upon request.

Do you have additional measurements for costumes?
We have thousands of costumes in stock. We happily list the size information provided by the manufacturer, but due to the volume of orders and emails, we are not able to provide additional measurements.
Is there Sales Tax on my item?
There is only Sales Tax charged on items sold to Arizona Buyers.
What are your refund and exchange policies?
We are aware that sometimes you may not like the item you won, or it may have a manufacturer's flaw that we did not know about, because of this we do offer Refunds and Exchanges. You MUST contact us about a Refund or Exchange via eMail no later than 3 days after receiving your item (otherwise Returns are null and void and are no longer valid for Exchange). We will then give you a few options for your Refund or Exchange. You are responsible for all shipping costs when sending back your item. Refunds are for the Price of the Auction only, no shipping charges will be refunded. All returned items must be returned in the same NEW condition. All items will be inspected before refunds are processed. There is a 10% Restocking Fee (Minimum $5 charge).
If you are exchanging for a different size or a different costume, there is no restocking fee; but you are responsible for both return shipping to us, and shipping charges of the exchanged costume back to you.Returns should be sent to: William Bolander, 10936 E. Clovis Ave, Mesa, AZ 85208.
** If your purchase something and pay for it and decide that you don't want the item, a refund will be given less $5.00 per costume for Restocking, Relisting, and Labor fees associated with your purchase.
Please Note: No Refunds or Exchanges will be allowed for Halloween Merchandise after October 14th, or for Christmas Merchandise after December 15th. Due to health regulations, there are No Refunds or Exchanges on open Cosmetic items.
Does item come in the original package?
All items are described within the auction as to what type they are (ie. “New in Package”, “New out of Package”, “Scratch & Dent”, or “gently used”). We have the right to ship without the plastic bag or cardboard insert on items just tipping the weight scale. But please be assured that you ARE getting what we stated in the auction.
Do you have any additional sizes, styles or colors in stock?
We are working to get ALL of our costume stock up in our eBay Store. We have New Stock coming in All Year Around, so Check our eBay Store often for more of our Awesome Costumes. We do have PLENTY of Accessories that are NOT in our eBay Store.
If you are looking for something in particular, or a special Accessory to a costume that we have, please email us and ask. Most of the time we will be able to ship the Accessory Item for $1-$2 more, when you buy ANY costume (does NOT have to match the costume you bought, you still get the same deal).
What about local taxes or duties for International Shipments?
We are NOT responsible for the local taxes or duties in your country. The shipping fee you pay does NOT cover local taxes or duties that you may incur for delivery. Although, when we ship an item Internationally we will mark as a “GIFT” and $5.00 to help you avoid paying excessive taxes or duties on delivery.
What about Insurance for International Shipments?
We do NOT offer Insurance on International Shipments. Why? Since we state "$5.00" on the Customs Form, it would be impossible for us to insure it for more and if we state that it is $40.00 on the Custom Form, your Duty and Taxes would be too high. Plus, it more than likely, will be held up in Customs. Also, your shipping charges do NOT include Insurance.
What if I have a problem with my item?
Please contact us via eMail with any problems regarding your item. Write PROBLEM WITH EBAY AUCTION in the title or we may miss your email. We raise money for our Arts Group and are dedicated to Customer Service. Our Past, Present, and Future Customers are VERY IMPORTANT to us…without YOU, we would not be here. It is our intent to make sure our Customers are very happy with their eBay experience so we make every effort to rectify any problems. We have a 2000+ Unique Positive Feedback, so bid with Confidence.
What about Feedback?
We greatly appreciate your support of our Arts group and if you would like to leave feedback after receiving your item, we will be happy to leave feedback for you as well. Many buyers choose not to leave feedback and that is fine, but it is quite time consuming for us, so we take special time to leave reciprocal feedback for all who take their valuable time to leave feedback for us.
