 | A: We do combine shipping. Please check the listings for additional product cost and multi-quantity shipping discount. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 | A: Your order will normally ship within 3 business days via FedEx Ground. You will be emailed the trackingn umber the next business day after it ships so that you can track delivery on www.fedex.com. |

 | A: No, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We can only ship within the continental U.S. |

 | A: You may return an item if you are not happy with it within 7 days of receipt. You are liable for the return shipment. Once the item is received and tested to be sure it is in the condition it was shipped, a refund of your purchase price less a 15% re-stocking fee will be processed. | Q: I purchased a system with no OS installed, and now that I installed an OS the sound, video and or network card isn't working. What's wrong? |
 | A: Most likely you need to install the drivers. Drivers can be obtained from the support page of the manufacturer's website. Normally you can enter either the service tag number (for Dells) or serial number and you will be able to pull up the documentation and drivers for your unit. Once the drivers are installed everything should work fine. |
 | Q: Your laptop posting says that it is grade B and gives a long list of potential problems. What specifically is wrong with this laptop? |
 | A: I don't have that information. When the techs test the laptops they rate them as grade A which means in good shape with no screen flaws, or grade B which could mean it has one or more of the listed cosmetic problems. They don't label each system with what flaws it has so I have no way of telling you. The uncertainty is reflected in the pricing. |
