I have an old trailer, the seller looked at images, explained how to remove the extender bar as it looked part of the damper. Took time to explain that I need the GVW from the plate so that I could order the correct damper. I then ordered the dampler, it arrived a day early, fitted perfectly, you can't ask for a better service than that!
