 | A: We sure do. We'll either send you a combined invoice, or if we take too long getting that to you, then please send us a reminder email and we'll take care of that pronto. We calculate based on weight, not a flat fee, so the cost comes down quite a bit for the buyer. |
 | Q: Can you mark my won item as a gift on the customs form? |

 | A: We know we're being a bit stiff on this, but we're required by law to reveal the contents and value of the order. Please DO NOT ask us to label the contents as a "gift" or a reduced value. We ask that you please do research as to what fees you'd expect from your customs agent before bidding or buying. |
 | Q: How much is international shipping? |

 | A: We calculate the postage based on the weight of the item automatically in the listing. Unfortunately, we've had to go away from the cheaper Priority Flat Rate Envelope because there's no tracking available and the post office has been losing numerous of our customer's packages. If you really want cheaper shipping then we ask that you pay by MO. |
 | Q: Do you accept personal checks? |

 | A: Unfortunately, we don't accept personal checks. If you happened to send us a personal check by mistake, then we have to wait 5-7 business days, upon receiving it, for it to clear before we ship your item. It just takes way to long to process, so if you don't trust Paypal, then you can always get a money order from your bank. |
 | Q: Can you send my item to another address different from my Paypal account? |

 | A: We can but don't get your hopes up. Please understand we're real busy fulfilling orders from other customers. If it's a high priority then we ask you to please change your Paypal account address information, so you can get your item directly. We're sorry about this, but we want to give fair warning. |
 | Q: When do you ship your items? |

 | A: Expect your order to go out every Tuesday and either Thursday or Friday every week. Domestic items are shipped USPS Priority mail, and please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. International orders go out Priority International, and please expect delivery in 6-14 business days. |

 | A: Most likely you're an international customer, and all we can tell you is to be patient because most likely the post office has lost the package, but the good news is it most always turns up. We hope you can understand that once it leaves our hands we have NO control over it and it's in the hands of the US government post office. |

 | A: You sure can. Submit the offer and we'll either counter it or decline if entirely. Usually, if we decline an offer it means it was ridiculously low. We're fair and we'd like reasonable offers, as you would on your personal items.;-) |
 | Q: I received an Unpaid Item Reminder for you guys. What gives? |

 | A: We try to give reasonable time for money orders to get mailed in. After that, we send an UPI strike in hopes to recapture our seller fees. Please don't take it personal. We just ask you to keep communication lines open and let us know what's going on. We respect that way more than keeping silent. |
 | Q: Can you send me a picture of the back of a sweatshirt or tee? |

 | A: We almost always include pictures of the backs of our items. Check the listing more closely and if you still can't find one, then email us and we'll take care of you. |
 | Q: What's the size of a certain item? |
 |
 | A: Sometimes the clothing we put up, because it's vintage, has no tag or the size has been worn off, so there is NO official size. We always include measurements in our listings. If you need a shoulder seam to cuff measurement, then chances are you'll have to email us to get it, since we rarely include that. We're getting better though.;-) |
 | Q: I'm an international customer, and I still haven't received a shipping total invoice. Hello? |

 | A: Please send us a request for total email. Do NOT assume shipping cost. If you don't send enough, then you'll always get a money request from us. Sometimes we're so busy with other things that sending out an invoice is overlooked. We apologize in advance. We respond usually within the same day after receiving a request for total email. |
