Are based from A-D:

• "A" being brand new unwashed with no holes or stains,
• "B" being lightly worn with minor faults such as a repair, collar wear, and may have small pin sized holes,
• "C" has a moderate amount of staining, un-repaired holes, possibly missing buttons/zipper, and
• "D" would have large holes, heavy permanent staining, needs serious TLC.

Shade

Is the degree to which fading has affected the color, 10 being brand new and unwashed, and 1 being original color hardly distinguishable.

Measurements

We capture lengths for tops (shirts, jackets, etc.) by setting the article backside down across a piece of measuring tape attached to a table and do NOT stretch the garment when measuring.

We use an armpit to armpit, sleeve length (shoulder seam to sleeve cuff...if there's no shoulder seam we measure from where the shoulder should be), and an item length measurement (from top back collar to the bottom of the waist hem). We capture bottom (like pants and jeans) lengths with a waist and inseam (from crotch to bottom of the leg cuff) measurement.
