Our Fair Return Policy

We want to start off by saying we're very thankful for the
generous business and love working with our eBay customers. We
want to be user friendly and upfront, so you know how we work.

This was created out of necessity because there were some ebayers
blatantly taking advantage of our friendly and no questions asked
return policy. Please take a moment to scan our feedback, as
you'll see, we're very considerate and fair.

We try to put the following in each listing description, but if
it somehow escaped certain items, then we advise you to keep the
following in mind as it includes any item in our auctions or
store...

Vintage Disclaimer:

We try our best to describe each item as best as possible.
Vintage items are used and have wear unless we specify that it is
new old stock. We will do our best to describe any and all major
flaws. We will gladly answer any and all questions you have
regarding the condition. Please consider this prior to bidding.

Please note: We issue only item refunds on a case-by-case basis,
and do NOT refund shipping. Refunds are given ONLY for the
following reason:

If we've made an obvious mistake or omission in the listing or
shipment that would lead a reasonable person to be upset.

We do NOT sell new clothes unless otherwise stated in the
listing, so please understand some items will have wear stains
and marks that may have been overlooked in the description. For
example, a western shirt may have dirt staining on the collar
from normal wear.

If in fact you're due a refund, then here's how to return
something without costing you a dime:

1. First of all, keep the original shipping material used to ship
   the item to you,
2. Then, re-package with the original materials and label,
3. Take it to the post office, and
4. Tell them to return to sender.

We will NOT give a refund for the following reasons:

• The item didn't fit when you tried it on,
• The item is a certain shade of color off than what you thought,
• You become irate, condescending, engage in name calling, etc.,
• The person you bought if for didn't like it, or
• You changed your mind.

If you're unsatisfied when your item arrives, and you're nice and
respectful about it when emailing, then here's some possible
solutions:

• Full refund minus shipping costs
• Partial refunds,
• Exchanges, or
• Store credit.

Unfortunately, if you're unreasonable and rude about it, then
your options disappear real fast, and you'll be blocked from
bidding or buying anything from us in the future.

We ask one other thing, please don't get angry and open a
dispute through Paypal without consulting us first (nothing makes
us more steamed than this). We understand you may be disappointed
upon receiving the item but we WILL make it right if you give us
the chance first.

We can't stress this enough...

If you're mean and disrespectful, you won't get a refund, period.
We recommend you:

• Understand it was not intentional, we pride ourselves on our
  repeat customers,
• Take a few deep breaths,
• Look through our feedback, and
• THEN email us.

If you don't like Our Policy, then please don't buy from us.
