All of our designs are factory new, washer/dryer safe and come with instructions.

Fast-Cheap Shipping - We combine shipping for all our applique-patches and ship 6 days a week. All US shipping of patches is FREE. Buttons ship for $2.
If you buy $25 of patches or buttons shipping to all other countries is free. If you buy under $25 shipping to Canada is only $2, and to most other countries worldwide it's only $5. We comply with all customs regulations.
No Additional Cost for Insurance - The shipping cost includes insurance.
Payment Options - 
Returns-Exchanges Accepted - Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Exchanges or returns will be accepted within 7 days of your purchase if you are not completely satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase just let us know and we'll make it right. Email us for a Return Authorization Number before returning merchandise.
