Layaway Program Details

"SAMPLE LAYAWAY AGREEMENT"

Divine Creations wishes for all to be able to afford our higher quality, unique designer jewelry, by offering an easy layaway program. This program is FREE & designed to stretch out the total in monthly payments, to give you time to pay for your designer jewelry. The months to make your payments is based on the price of your total purchase for one or more pieces. You cannot make the layaway longer than the chart indicates for the price range, unless approved. You can also pay off your layaway balance at any time during your layaway, however, you cannot change the monthly payment amount once agreed. The minimum purchase for our EASY PLAN layway program is $300. Special promo sales or close out products are not available on layaway.(unless you contact us for approval). See our chart below

Total Sales Price Payment Chart: 

The payments listed below are not actual months, but payments once a month, starting with the immediate deposit due at time of purchase & then every 30 days from the first payment made.

• $300 to $400...........2 monthly payments
• $401 to $700...........3 monthly payments
• $701 to 1,200..........4 monthly payments
• $1,201 to $1,800.....5 monthly payments
• $1,801 to $2,500.....6 monthly payments
• $2,501 to $3,500.....7 monthly payments
• $3,501 & up.............8 monthly payments

Easy Plan Details:

• E-mail me for layaway Easy Plan approval first & tell me which pieces you wish to layaway. We then discuss Easy Plan details
• You may select as many pieces as you wish
• You may have more than one layaway at a time
• You can add an additional layaway at any time
• No need to pay off one layaway before adding another
• Monthly payments are based on the above chart
• Ask any & all your questions first

After you have decided, what's next:

• Your first monthly DOWN payment is due immediately 
• You can pay your first down payment by either pay pal, cashier check/money order, personal check by mail or bank wire transfer. After we get your first payment, we confirm receipt by e-mail
• Then we MAIL you a layaway agreement, (SAMPLE ABOVE) that has all the item details including photos, eBay item #,  a chart to track your payments, our address & contact information.
• We also include a letter that requires your signature to return in a self addressed & stamped envelope, saying you have read all the terms of the layaway agreement for accuracy.
• Outside US buyers must contact us for approval for monthly layaway program. email us at marieann54@msn.com 
• The layaway agreement will be in a package which will also include all the self stamped & self addressed envelopes for each monthly payment for US buyers IF you prefer mailing future payments. You can now pay monthly payments with Pay Pal if you choose.
• We have a new program that is you pay your monthly payments with US Postal money orders, you get a 5% discount coupon for your next item purchased, even on close outs, good for one full year. This is ONLY available if using US Postal money orders & they happen to be very inexpensive to purchase.

Now That Your Jewelry is Paid Off:

• When we get your final monthly payment, we will ship your jewelry, fully insured by USPS, depending on value may go registered mail for max. protection.
• If International, you will be charged an agreed fee & will ship USPS EMS global priority or for an extra charge, FedEx with details agreed upon
• We will e-mail you the shipping information when mailed
• If you use a personal check for your final payment, we will have to wait 7 days for it to clear before shipping your item(s). If you paid with a US Postal MO, then we will ship immediatly.

Please be sure:

• We want this to be a simple & easy way for you to buy your favorite jewelry that otherwise would not be possible for you. However, we ask to make sure you can afford the payments as this is an agreement, a contract to buy. As with any agreement or contract, it is a promise to pay. We finance your layaway for free as a service to our customers, so make sure you are comfortable with the payment plan. Once agreed, and you make any payments, if you default at any time, the money that was paid is non refundable, (past funds are already re-invested into cash flow for future committed purchases etc) except we don't charge interest. PLEASE ASK ANY & ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU DECIDE.
