My initial order was possibly lost in shipment and there was a delay in response from seller regarding the issue. HOWEVER -- Seller was VERY HELPFUL. She offered to replace the items lost with similar items AND added two more items free of charge for the inconvenience. EXCELLENT communication and over-and-above response to "make it right." The film clipping was packaged well, and is in the condition described. The ones I ordered even arrived early! I'm not sure if this is can be attributed to the seller or was just happy coincidence, but I was super excited. It's a great shot -- somehow, the clapper board makes it better! It makes you actually think about what the filming must have been like, and reminds you of the process behind the scenes. Super cool to have, I highly recommend getting one of these clippings.
