It may sound unusual that this was a 5 star experience, but for me it was. People are human, we make mistakes, but this one was correct financially (at least), right away. Was shipped the wrong product (I believe labels were transposed), and as SOON as the seller realized this (extremely remorseful), the return process was started with no cost to me, and I received a full refund. Even though I didn't get what I purchased, to me it's still 5 star service when they respond so well to a mistake.
