Item arrived with hardware issues that was not mentioned and tried contacting the seller but he disregarded the issue and did not help further. Recently, the device began showing BSODs then the seller agreed to accept the return. So, I opened a return request but selected the wrong option so he canceled my request. IMO, the seller is shady and looks for ways to NOT help. Now I am stuck with a defective item. I bet he's going to respond with "BAD BUYER" just like he did to other buyers.

Buyer has had the laptop for over a month. The issues the laptop had were in listing. They paid a quarter of the price of what these XPS's actually cost.. The item is in no way defective.
