| A:We do Combine shipping charges on multiple purchases. We approximate shipping cost and NEVER charge more than actual cost. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We usually mail your item out within 1 business days of received payment. If your items weigh less than 13 ounces, they will come to you VIA USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days). If your items weigh more than 13 ounces but less than 8 LBS we usually ship USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days). More than that and we will usually ship USPS Parcel Post 3-20 days. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We try to charge actual Postal cost with no handling charges for delivery in the USA. There is a small Fee for International shipping. We try to use recycled boxes for larger items & Bubble envelopes for small items, and do not charge for Delivery Confirmation & Tracking Information. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We do ship internationally for most of our items. Please remember that most of the time we try to give our international customers actual cost, but we refund any differences once we actually take your items to the Post Office. We cannot be held liable for lost items once they leave the States, but will have tracking info until they cross the borde |
