Q: I would like to pay via PAYPAL and as listed within your terms a CONFIRMED Shipping address is REQUIRED. How do I go about Confirming my address with Paypal prior to making payment?

 A: Please VERIFY that your address is CONFIRMED prior to making payment via Paypal, as payment with an UNCONFIRMED address will be DENIED. To CONFIRM your address with Paypal go to WWW.PAYPAL.COM click on the HELP link in the upper right corner & type in CONFIRM MY ADDRESS in the SEARCH box.  Q: Do you offer combined shipping?

 A: We offer combined shipping on many items, not all items are eligible. If you purchase items from multiple auctions, to be eligible for combined shipping you must REQUEST TOTAL with Combined Shipping via eBay when you are done buying. We will then send you an invoice with combined shipping when applicable for your items won. One payment only must be made in full for all items, multiple payments and/or  incorrect amounts paid will invalidate/void any/all shipping discounts given with original costs applied. Discounted combined shipping for multiple purchases can only be offered/eligible for items that end on the same business day. Q: I purchased an item yesterday and it went on sale today, can I receive the sale price?

 

A: Items are only eligible for sale prices when listed on "Sale" when purchased, sale prices are not applicable to previously purchased items.

  

Q: I just paid for my purchase when will it be shipped?

 

A: We usually ship within 1-2 business days but may take up to 5 business days as unexpected delays may occur such as eBay/ Paypal/USPS problems, power outages, computer problems etc. Items that are custom made or require special handling may also require additional shipping/handling time.

  

Q: How do you ship and how long will it take for me to get my package?

 

A: We ship solely via USPS. Once your package is shipped you will receive an email directly from USPS w/your tracking/confirmation numbers. Once your package is in the mail, the Post Office has total control over handling it & how long it will take items to be shipped. They have an estimated shipping time averaging 3-10 business days, this is not a guarantied time only a guideline as many factors cause their shipping times to vary. All shipping to the middle or western half of the US from SC will take at least the full amount of time estimated by USPS. You can go to www.usps.com anytime to get en estimate on shipping to your area or to check on your tracking/confirmation information.

 

Q: What is your Return Policy?

Q: According to the USPS website my package has been returned RETURN TO SENDER. Can you re-send my package to me and will I need to pay more shipping costs?

 

A: Yes for both questions.If a package is returned to us via USPS labeled RETURN TO SENDER, INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS or for any other USPS reason, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay for any/all return and/or reshipping costs. Shipping costs listed within the auctions are only for the original shipping of the package, not for any return/reshipping of items.

 

 Q: Why weren’t the s/h costs I paid the same as the actual shipping costs of my item?

 

A: All s/h costs are explicitly listed within every auction so that all potential bidders are fully aware of exactly what they are prior to bidding. We charge a predetermined set flat rate shipping & handling cost for each individual item for shipping to anywhere within the US as listed within the auction. Actual shipping costs will never be the same as the set flat rate s/h rate paid. Please read & verify all s/h cost prior to placing a bid as all predetermined costs are set and are not negotiable.

 

Q: Are all your items Brand New with no flaws?

 

A:   Most of our items are Brand New and this will be listed within the auction. Any Used or Vintage items will be labeled as such with any flaws explained as best to our ability as possible. We are not experts on any items we sell so all descriptions by us are our opinion only, not statements of an expert; please ask all questions prior to bidding. We purchase new items directly from distributors, manufacturers and closeouts. There may be color/dye and/or size variations within the items/materials on any/all items as listed/stated/labeled with this being part of the dying/coloring/material process as stated/noted to us by the manufacturers and are not flaws; please note this and expect this in any/all items. When asked we will if available confirm information on items for any potential buyers when possible, please email us prior to bidding as once a bid is made and/or auction is won all sales are final/item is sold as is. Any/all items listed as Brand New may have had their packaging opened/items taken out/repackaged for pictures, viewing etc.

 

 

Q: I purchased shams and it states that they are  20" x 26" in size but they are actually samller then that, can I return them?

 

A: PLEASE NOTE-All sizing listed within every auction are approximates and are determined solely by the company/manufacturer of the item. As with a 2 by 4 piece of wood as an example, the size states it is 2" x 4" in size when in actual measurements it is much smaller. Or if you purchased 3 pairs of womens 519 Levis with a 30” waist, none of the waist measurements would be exact. Sizes are determined by the maker of the item, are never exact and are solely the responsiblity/lliability of each individual manufacturer of the item according to the rules/regulations required by law for sizing/labeling of the item. We do not and will not open every item we sell to verify the sizing by the manufacturer of each individual item for sale. If you need EXACT measurements on an item, please email us prior to placing a bid and we will be happy to do an individual measurement to confirm sizing for you! Please note-We do not change any company/manufacturers size/names/color/style of their items when labeled, we picture and list them as we receive them and as they are named/labeled by the company/manufacturer when available/listed on labeling/item. Once an item is purchased all sales are final. If  we quoted you an exact size and our measurements were incorrect, the item is then eligible for a return. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item notifying us of the error and to request a return authorization for the item.  

 

Q: Are all sizes for items EXACT as listed within the auction?

 

A: All sizing are approximates as determined soley by the company/manufacturer of the item. Each company/manufacturer has its own set of rules/regulations required by law for sizing/labeling of its items. We legally cannot change a company’s and/or manufacturers labeling/sizing on any of their products. They are governed by laws concerning the limitations of their products and descriptions that they must abide by. It would be against the law for us to change this information. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to know/research/understand any information concerning a product prior to bidding on the specific company/manufacturers products. We offer manufacturers items for sale/auction and will list their description/sizing according to the manufacturer’s specific labeling/sizing only. We will not re-measure or change any manufacturers sizing and/or labeling and post this in any listing.

 

Q: I won a pillow sham and the color on my computer monitor looked more blue to me then the sham I actually received as it was more green. Why did the color look different on my computer?

 

A: Not all computer monitors show colors in the same shade/hue/colors as others. If you are looking for or need a specific color please email us prior to bidding for color verification. We can either send you a picture via email so that you can verify/determine the colors yourself, or we can email you our opinion of the shade/hue of the colors. Color names given by any/all Name Brand Manufacturers will be listed as labeled on the item, we cannot/will not change a manufactueres pattern/name/color/size etc when labeled/listed on an item. If no name/pattern/color/size/material/labeling etc. is available/included with an item we sell, we will  give the item a name/color/size etc., we are not experts on any of the items we sell and this will be our opinion only for any unlabeled items. It is the sole responsibility of each/any potential buyer to research/verify any/all information concerning any/all items prior to placing a bid.

 

Q: I purchased an item that was listed as a JCPENNEY item, but there is no labeling included/on it that says JCPENNEY, why not?

 

 A: We purchase close-out items and items directly from the manufacturers who make them for retail stores. As the items are not purchaced directly from a retail store, such as from JCPENNEYS, some items are not allowed to include the labeling/store packaging. Many items will come with the labeling some will not; this is determined solely by the manufacturer. If you have a question concerning whether an item has labeling/store packaging or not, please email us prior to bidding with questions.

 

Q: I changed my mind because the color doesn't match and/or the item isn’t what I thought it would be, can I return the item?

 

A:  Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged during shipping and insurance was purchased by the buyer as all sales are final. If for any reason an item is allowed to be returned, authorized solely at the discretion of the Seller prior to being returned, a $10.00 restocking fee for small and/or items under 2 lbs per item will be applied per item and/or a $15.00 restocking fee per item or large and/or items 2 lbs and over per item will be applied; to be paid by the buyer for each item returned to cover all expenses for any/all labor/filing/shipping costs for each return. No item can be returned without a prior authorization decision from the Seller.

 

Q: Why is the flower on the sham I received in the right hand corner, when the picture in the auction shows the flower is in the middle of the item?

 

A:  Pattern placement will vary on each individual item as all photos are stock photos. We have duplicates of many of the same items; one picture is taken for each individual pattern/style to be shown so the least amount of new items will be opened/taken out of their packaging.

 

Q: I purchased a few items from you and paid for them, can you give me a combined shipping discount now?

 

A: To be eligible for a reduced combined shipping discount you must request a combined invoice for multiple purchased prior to making payment. Once payment is made shipping costs are as paid, items are then no longer eligible to have shipping costs discounted applied and/or reduced. Please note that multiple payments, incorrect amounts, full amounts paid and late payments will invalidate shipping discounts given with original costs applied.

 

Q: I purchased multiple items from you and I paid via Paypal after each one of my auctions ended, why didn’t I get a shipping discount?

 

A: To be eligible for discounted shipping you must request a combined shipping total prior to making payment. Discounted combined shipping is not automatic for multiple purchases as all our items vary greatly in weight and shipping must be calculated per each individual buyer. Q: I purchase a couple items from you will they all be shipped together?

 

A: With multiple purchases we ship all items together when possible.

 

Q: I am bidding on a couple of items that end a few days apart, can I still get combined shipping?

 

A: With multiple purchases for combined shipping we can ONLY offer shipping discounts for items that end on the same day. Any timeline other then this must be pre-authorized by the Seller prior to any bids being place. Payments are then due within 3 days from receiving your combined invoice. Please note that late payments will invalidate all/any shipping discounts given with original shipping costs applied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure their confirmed payment is received within the required time frame as listed. Any late payment will deem any/all discounted shipping costs to be invalid with original costs applied.

 

Q: Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska or an APO/Military address?

 

A: We do not ship to Puerto Rico at this time. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous states as listed within each auction. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/Military address you must email us prior to bidding to verify shipping eligibly and for a shipping cost quote. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/Military or any other US State/Territories do not qualify for the shipping costs listed within any auction. If you live in any of these areas and make a purchase, items please click on PAY NOW via Ebay after you are done and then Request Total for an ADJUSTED TOTAL to your area. If you pay prior to receiving this adjusted invoice, a 2nd invoice/request for your balance due will be sent.

 

Q: I ordered a twin bed skirt but received a full size, what do I do?

 

A: Although we do strive for excellence errors do occasionally occur. Please check all merchandise as soon as it is received as buyers have 24 hour from receiving item to notify the Seller if there is a problem with the order to be eligible for a return. If there is a problem, please email us at jhookanson@comporium.net with details of the problem. All items must be approved solely at the discretion of the Seller prior to being returned . No item can be returned without a prior authorization decision from the Seller on whether the item is eligible for a return.
