RETURN POLICY:
Please contact us before you leave us a feedback, we will do our best to work with our buyers. We offer 100% Satisfaction guarantee, you will get an item exactly as shown and described in the auction listing and that's our promise. If you are not satisfied you can return the item for a store credit all returns have to be sent back to us within 3 days of receipt in original condition and packaging (No return authorization needed). All eligible returns would qualify for Store credit, we will not refund/credit shipping. All items returned should be in unused original condition, packaging and odor free. All returns received which are not in original condition/packaging would be charged 20% re-stocking fee. Return policy is posted on item page supercedes the store policy.

RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING SIMPLE REQUIREMENTS:

Product must be returned within 3 days of purchase date - no exceptions

Product must be in original, unworn condition - only tried on for fit, size, etc.

Product must be returned in original packing AND accompanied by this form

A 20% Fee will be applied to a) all items that are NOT returned in a original packing/condition and b) items returned without this COMPLETED form.

A 50% re-stocking fee is applied to returned items that show any signs of customer wear, or are returned without original box/packaging.

Dressdevine reserves the right to refuse any return that is not in resale condition.
