Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item if you would like to return it, this is to obtain my return address and your reference number.
All items (Except UNDERWEAR, WIGS & HOSIERY unless faulty) are accepted for refunds/exchange as long as the garment has the tag intact, is neatly folded in the original clear bag, in original condition received, unworn, with no perfume, smoke or body odours. Wigs will need to have the bag unopened, if it has been opened then no return will be granted.
All "Sale" items, "Auction" items, "Seasonal Costumes" and "Best Offers" accepted will be an exchange or credit e-voucher only, no refunds will be given.
All return items p&p is to be paid by the customer - Please keep proof of posting.
Refunds and Exchanges are dealt with in the order they are received back. Therefore it can take up to 5 working days for us to process your return - so please be patient with us ;o)
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds - Items with free p&p will have the original p&p taken off the refund amount to cover our costs.
Exchanges - You will need to include p&p for your replacement, unless the item was faulty.
