If I could give a rating between 1-5 I would give them a 1, only because there is not an option for a rating of -10. They sent wrong item, then the "warehouse said it was the correct item".I sent pictures verifying the mixup. It was indicated they would issue a pickup by FedEx because the 50 pound package was too much for me to handle but, never did. Except for the initial contact, I never heard from them again. Zero customer service.

Whole peanut meat are peanut hearts. What you were wanting is peanut pieces. That is a completely different item. We sell this item all of the time without this misunderstanding. We even let you return the item free of charge.
