| Warranty |

All warranty periods start on the invoice date.
- 1 Year Manufacturer's warranty on all duplicators for labor and parts
- Removal of warranty labels and/or serial number will void all warranty.
- Physical Damage will void all warranty
- Some of our products come with warranty through the part's Manufacturer only (such as Pioneer drives or Sony's drives). With these products, please contact the manufacturer directly regarding any RMA issue.
- Most of the computer electronic products come with one year parts and labor warranty. However, some products may have a different warranty period or warranty goes through the part's manufacturer only (ie Sony, Pioneer). Shorter warranty or manufacturer warranty products will be mentioned on the item description.
- The buyer is reponsible for shipping costs for warranty return or exchange. Shipping and handling, insurance, and labor fee will not be refunded in any case. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance
- Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return/exchange(exclude shipping period). Please note that inventory shortages, overload or other special circumstances might delay the process.
- We will not cross-ship any item or exchange any item(s) until we received the RMA return item(s)
- For replacements, we will ship back to the customer via Ground Shipping in the continental US. Non-continental US customers will pay for round trip shipping.
Package Returns
- Returned package MUST have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided by Duplicators Central. RMA number must be written on the outside box of the return package. Any merchandise returned without a RMA number will be rejected and return back to the sender.
- RMA return(s) must be received within 7 days from the RMA number issued date.
- One RMA number can be issued only for one item. If you plan to return more than one item, then you will need to request a different RMA number for each item.
- Return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories, and a copy of the invoice included in returning package.
- Please pack the return package well. All duplicators must be double packed in their original packaging. If the original package material is lost, please contact us for packing information. Duplicators Central will not be responsible for any shipping loss or physical damages. We strongly recommend you to purchase shipping insurance for the returned item(s).

All packages going to the lower 48 states will be shipped by UPS Ground with detailed tracking unless otherwise stated. Packages going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation.
In such cases, please email us prior to bidding or purchasing for a quote on shipping fee. Insurance is optional and the fees depends on the value of the item(s) purchased. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage of uninsured items.
International customers must also e-Mail us prior to bidding or purchasing for a complete shipping quote. International buyers are responsible for all applicable duty and fees. Please kindly note that we do not provide inaccurate or false information on invoices or custom declaration forms.

For the protection of our customers, we prefer Paypal payments from US residents. Please make sure that your account is verified and your shipping address is confirmed by Paypal. NOTE: We will only ship to confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please make sure you have a verified USA account with a confirmed USA address before you make the Paypal payment. Otherwise, we will return non-eligible funds back to your account.
We also accept Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Personal Check (takes 7 days to clear) as eligible payment methods.
