  1. Why do you only provide 1 year international warranty rather than the 5 year warranty for CITIZEN?
    We are selling from an International Location so we can only provide the International part of the warranty. (Please see the phrase Taken from the Citizen Australia website: "Included in the first year of this Warranty is a one year International Guarantee." The International Warranty is Valid at all Citizen Service Centers Worldwide.
  2. Why is the box not included with the shipping?
    As mentioned on our listing, the box is only included for customers in Australia, USA, Japan, Hong Kong & South Korea. This is because of the shipping costs, and lack of affordable insurance options to other countries. If you order your watch from outside these countries it will be securly packed in a Custom made 'DutyFreeIsland' velvet pouch.
  3. Will the Alcatel phones work in my country?
    Please make sure that before you buy any of the Alcatel phones that it works in your location. To confirm this, please visit any of our Alcatel listings and check the "Frequency", make sure your carrier operates in this frequency before you make any purchases.

Shipping

  1. I am from Brazil and the customs here are quite strict. How do you ship the items and can you mark the value lower?
    In regards to shipping to Brazil, the item is securely packed in a bubble wrap and then placed into a custom velvet pouch. All our items come with the warranty and manuals. We can also declare the parcel as low as US$39, if you require this service please send us an email with instructions for your shipment AFTER placing your order.
  2. Does it come with the box? (For shipping to Australia, USA, Japan, Hong Kong & South Korea)
    Yes the box is included.
  3. Does it come with the box? (For shipping outside Australia, USA, Japan, Hong Kong & South Korea)
    Sorry the box must be purchased separately.
  4. The taxes in my country is too high! Can you mark the value lower?
    We can certainly mark the value as low as US$39 and also declare it as a gift a used watch or a refurbished watch. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be "no charges". We will not be responsible for any extra charges that occur.
  5. Where can I track my items?
    You can track your items from http://www.track-trace.com/post, enter your tracking ID and you will see the details of dispatch from Hong Kong. Then you can click "Select country" on the top and choose your country to find out the delivery status. (Please note that some countries do not provide online tracking, you can call them up instead!)
  6. It's been 1 month! Where is my item??
    We are extremely sorry that you have not received your parcel yet. Please email us about this and we will initiate a trace with Hong Kong post. Rest assured you will get your parcel.

Payments

  1. Why was my payment refunded? Last i checked you had plenty left!
    We are very sorry about this, our items are sold in multiple locations and sometimes we have delays in updating our stock levels on eBay. We are very sorry about this but we are working on a newer system that should prevent these cases.

    If you have damaged or broken the watch after 14 days of delivery you can get it fixed at a Citizen Service Center. Make sure you bring along your warranty card. If you cannot locate one close to you, we may be able to help you. Please contact us by email and we will see what we can do.
