Do you do shipping discounts for multiple items won?
We cannot guarantee that your items will be shipped together, so we cannot discount your Shipping and Handling fees on multiple auctions won.

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we are Paypal business verified, all you need to do is use Ebay checkout to link to pay via PayPal.

Can I pick this item up from you?
Sorry but we do not allow item pick ups.

I won the auction but I now need to cancel it
All eBay items are non-cancelable.

Do you sell to Internationallly?
Yes we ship internationally to over 250 countries.. We ship Air Mail so that our international customers will get their movies fast.

How do I know these are not bootleg?
We only sell fully licensed movies from the studios. All movies come sealed in cases just like you would find in any store. Region 1 licensed DVD, authentic or double your money back.

How long does it take to get my movie?
From payment date we ship in 1-2 business days. With average transit time about 4-21 business days in rare situations it can take up to 30 business days for your package to arrive. International orders are all shipped via Air Mail and ususally take about 8-14 business days to arrive, in rare situations it can take up to 45 business days to arrive due to customs delays.
