| A:On every auction page, Dyscern has a shipping calculator that is keyed to the specific item's weight. It is in the shipping section of the page. You can find it by looking for the UPS truck icon on the auction. It will open our UPS shipping calculator. Please note your government will assess taxes, customs and duties on top of the purchase price. |

| Q:I live outside the United States. Are customs, duties and taxes charged? |

| A:Yes. Customs, duties and taxes are due for any shipment sent by Dyscern outside the United States. Dyscern is required by law to provide an invoice with each package sent outside the United States. We cannot ship internationally as a gift. |
| Q:Can you send me the ESN on the phone before I bid? |

| A:The ESN number is not always captured in the database. Dyscern has a 30 day guarantee on all its units, and activation is fully covered under the guarantee. In the unlikely event of a problem with activation, Dyscern will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund. |
| Q:Is the phone I am looking at unlocked? Will it work on my carrier? |

| A:In the title of every auction page, it will either state the compatible carrier (e.g. Cingular) or "Unlocked". If it is unlocked, it will work on any GSM provider worldwide. Please note Sprint and Verizon will not work with unlocked phones as they are not GSM providers. You must by a phone with Sprint or Verizon in the title. |

| A:Each auction page has a detailed list of what is included with it under the "Description" section of the page. For good measure, it is labeled "IMPORTANT: Please Read Carefully". You will find a list of every accessory included. If it is not on the list, please do not assume it is included. |
