| A:All sales are final after 7 days.
Refunds are ONLY given for Defective/Incorrect Merchandise that can not be replaced.
Any Postal Damage/Loss will be handled through our Insurance Company and a refund or exchange will be given once Claim clears. Most claims usually take 30 days before they are honored for US customers 60 days for International. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:In most cases - Our combined shipping rate is the Shipping cost of the Heaviest item and then $2 for each additional item.
Boots/Shoes excluded. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Most orders are shipped out within 3-4 days (usually sooner).
All US orders usually take 3-5 days after shipment has been made.
All Internatiional Orders will usually take 1-3 weeks as long as there are no issues with Customs.
Customs can delay a package to collect Duty Fees. We have no control over this. |

| A:We ship World Wide.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any Customs/Duty Fees. |
