All items we sell through our eBay
store are shipped directly to you via USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS. No "pick
ups" are allowed.

Shipping and Handling Charges includes
more than just the UPS, Fed Ex or USPS costs. It includes labor and
materials to insure your item arrives safely.

We ship through the USPS on Tuesdays
and Thursday only. We use Parcel Post for small items and Media Mail for
books. They can be delivered in one day or up to two weeks. Please
e-mail us if you have any questions.

We ship larger items through UPS and
Fed Ex Monday through Thursday. Please e-mail us if you have any
questions.

Everything we sell through our eBay
store is new, in manufacturer's packaging if it can in a package - some
items don't come in a box.

We can send you as many items as you
would like. We do combine shipping. Our goal is to make a little on each
product not the S&H. The easiest way to do this is to place your order
for all the items you want without paying. We will combine them, and
then send you an invoice showing the total including the reduced S&H
from which you can pay.

We pride ourselves on our fast ship
record however we have no control over delivery times once the package
leaves our shipping department.

Should you have a problem with any
order remember that communication is the key. Just email us about your
concern prior to leaving feedback. We will make every effort to resolve
your issue.

It is our intention to have every item
in stock that we list on eBay. Occasionally, an item may not be
available due to higher than anticipated sales in our retail center. An
out-of-stock item can take up to 7 days to be ship.

We have done our best to ensure that
all information about an item is accurate and up-to-date but errors and
omissions can occur and are subject to correction. If you see an error
let us know so we can fix it.

Some items come in a variety of colors
- we note that color is of our choice on those and we ship what is
available.

We are set-up to ship to USA only at
this time. We hope to eventually add International shipping but don't at
this time.

Orders placed from noon EST Friday
through 8:00 am EST Monday are considered as weekend orders and will be
processed as Monday's orders. These will ship Tuesday or Friday
depending on timing.
