Exchanges will be given on any damaged items as long as they are
returned unused, without alteration or tampering and in the the
condition they were received, buyer must notify us within 48 hours of

Availability of Goods:
All products and services are subject to availability and may be
withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims:
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make
a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note. It will then be your
responsibility to sign for the item as damaged and inform us within 48
hours after delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of
packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any
shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your
responsibility to notify us within 48 hours after delivery.
Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect
goods supplied within 48 hours after delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit
unless we are notified within 48 hours from the expected delivery date,
as well as for goods sent with no trackable system according to the

are covered by the limited warranty provided by the Manufacturer The
limited warranty covers mechanical faults or breakdown only, i.e.
problems with the timekeeping element (movement) which is down to
manufacturing defect, where it has been deemed by the supplier of the
item that it was not "fit for purpose" before sale. This warranty
excludes any kind of accidental damage. All our watches are supplied
without the manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise stated).
Mechanical or other faults which are a result of mishandling, negligence
or shock from subjecting the watch to rigorous activities such as
vibration or dropping are not covered under any circumstances.
The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals
or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear and
tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch
manufacturer's water resistance limitations and damage due to physical
and/or accidental abuse. Watches opened or repaired by any other source
will void all warranties.
Returned Goods & Cancellation of Orders:
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, it
is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable
condition in their original box and packaging. Please note: You may be
required to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods before a
replacement or return can be authorised. When returning items you will
be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated
costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any
condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of
return carriage charged to your account. Additionally our postage costs
will be deducted from any amounts refunded. Prior to returning any
products, please contact us within 48 hours of the date of delivery. If
you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that
you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel may be revoked.
