1. Are all the items listed in stock?

Yes, they are usually all in stock, anyway it could happen that for items listed with a quantity higher than 10 ps,you have to wait 3-5 working days before the item to be dispatched, as we are co-operating with the main companies and get goods as quick as possible.
 
2.Is the color of the item the same as shown in the picture?
 
Yes, anyway it could happen especially for Trollbeads that the tone of the color is slightly different from the picture taken from the catalogue
 
3. Are the batteries of the watches new?
 
Yes, anyway it could happen that the firms use test-batteries, whose last is a little bit lower than the normal ones.
 
4. In case of Customs Inspections, who is going to pay the Tax and Duties?
 
The buyer has to pay any extra costs regarding Customs Duites and Taxes.
 
5. Do I have to pay Customs duties and taxes?
 
Only if your country doesn't belong to EEC.
 
6. can I get free shipping?
 
Yes, if your order is higher than $ 50.00.
 
7. Is the shipment ensured?
 
Only if you have choosen a trackable shipment option.
 
8. What about never receiving the package?
 
If sent per priority airmail, that is no trackable shipment, no way to get a refund or re-shipment, otherwise, in case of a trackable shipment, you will get a refund or re-shipment
 
9.Can I combine shipping?
 
Yes, of course, just ask us to do it for you
 
10. If I buy more than an item, do I have to pay more than a shipping freight?
 
No, if you have bought "Buy it now" items, otherwise, in case of "Auctions" no combined shipping , sorry.
 
11. How can I get my item as quick as possible?
 
Paying by paypal or sending a copy of the payment.
 
12. Do you accept payments through credit cards?
 
Sorry, but we do not accept this method of payment.

13. Do you accept COD?

Only for shipments to Italy, for other countries , please contact our customer service.

14. Who has to pay for the returns shipping costs?

If the item sent is defective or not correct, the seller will pay for it, just wait for further instructions, if the buyer doesn't like the item or it has bought it in a wrong size, the buyer has to pay for it.

15.Who has to pay just in case of re-sending a returned item?

If the returned item was faulty or not correct, the seller will pay for it, if the returned item was replaced with another one because not liked or in the wrong size, the buyer has to pay for it.

16. Do I have to send back also the box and papers?

Yes, everything that has been previously sent with the item.

17. What happens if the purchased item is not available anymore and can't be dispatched in case of faulty or out of stock item?

You will be immediately informed about this and you can get a full refund or replace the missing item with another one.

18. If I am not satisfied by the service or the item or anything else, do I have to leave immediately a negative fb?

No, please contact as soon as possible our Customer Service and we will try to sort it out as best as we can, we are here to help you before, during and after the purchase.

19. Is the Customer Service always reachable?

From Monday to Friday from 9.00 am up to 6.00 pm (Italy Time) and on Saturdays from 9.00 am up to 1.00 pm. ( Italy Time) Lunch Break from 1 pm to 2 pm (Italy Time).

20. How can I contact the Customer Service?

Through Ebay, email, skype and telephone.

21. If I buy an item and the following day it is listed with a further discount, do I get the discount as well?

Sorry, but it is not possible, if already paid no refund, if not paid yet, we can cancel the purchase and you can buy the item at the new discounted price.

22. In case of faulty goods , do I have to re-send the item to you or can I go to a local jewellery Store?

The warranty is international, so you can go to a local store, which is an official retailer of the brand.
