Please understand that our items are surplus.  They come here from factories that have been closed or from other similar situations.  Therefore, we do not have first hand knowledge of their history.  We try to be as accurate as possible with our listings, but we are not experts and many of our items are things we know nothing about.  eBay does not have a standard Condition description that fits surplus items, therefore, we use our best judgment on the condition, and include lots of pictures.  Please look closely at the pictures, and contact us with any questions or to ask for more detailed pictures if needed before making your decision to purchase.  We have no desire to misrepresent.
