IF YOU ARE BUYING INTEM THAT I
STATED LOCATION IS OUTSIDE U.S. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SHIPPING
AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU BID.
BIDING THE ITEM MEANS YOU ARGEE
WITH THIS ITEM UNLESS OTHER WIRRTEN AGREEMENT HAD BEEN MADE.
ITEMS LIST IN U.S DOES NOT APPLY TO
THIS AGREEMENT.
Dear buyer,
Please
understand seller have little control on international shipping. It have to
press through custom, buyer should know any government regulation on his/her
choosing shipping country. Please work careful and closely with seller and
shipping agency to make sure item can pass the custom. I might declare item as
buyer request, but buyer should fully respond of the outcome to doing so.
Also,
weather, labor strikes or another issue also would delay the shipping And the
item might lost, damager, destroy during the shipping in some issue, such as
stolen, weather damage, accidence etc.
I would try
my best to provide safe and fast shipping severs. I would say 99.9% packages
are fine since I already chose eBay certificated shipping agencies (or DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS).
But again, something are really out
of my control, I hope you could understand I am just an individual seller, not
a big company that can bear the shipping risk, Thank you.
I promise
following as a seller:
1.
I
only use eBay certificated shipping agencies to handling shipping. (Unless buyer
works out another agreement with me.)
2.
Work
closely with buyer to help you chose best shipping way(s).
3.
Keep
communicate and report/refer any new update might affect shipping if possible.
4.
Carefully
packing your item.
5.
Place
insurance for high value item upon buyer requesting if possible.
6.
Do
my best to refer information, in English, from shipping agencies to buyer. Help
buyer choose shipping severs and understanding the term of severs which they
choose.
7.
Other
things I stated on my listing.
As buyer,
you should understanding:
1.
I,
as a seller, am not the shipping carrier. I have very limited control on
shipping.
2.
All
item is FOB whatever it charged shipping fees or not, unless other stated on
listing or with written agreement.
3.
The
shipping carry and severing you choose would have terms on liabilities; you
should read and fully understand that.
4. I ship ONLY to PayPal confirmed address. And make
sure your address is in Full and Stander Format (Street, City, and
State), so your orders could be process much faster.
5.
If
you request to write certain declaration information on your item(s), you are
fully responded with that information and outcomes. (For example, you ask me to
declare 20 dollar for a 200 dollar item, than the custom checks it out, you
have to handle that by your own.)
6.
There
is always a chance that item might lose or damage during shipping. You might
consider buying insurance, or used the insurance already cover by the serving
terms. A Very important
point you should keep on mind is that: The insurance would limited by the
declaring value of the item. So, if you request me declare 20 dollars for a 200
dollars keyboard, you should take the risk. (99% packages would safely arrived but there is 1% chance, so
if you custom duty is free, just declare real value.)
7.
Seller only liable for shipping that
directly relates to any mistake that I made. (For example, wrong packing)
Thank for your understanding, happy bid and good luck!
