PAYMENT
Payment preferred through PayPal. You can also pay with your VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card and Echeck by going through the checkout process using PayPal (You don't have to have a PayPal account to do this) or you use your credit cards through our Merchant Account directly. PLEASE NOTE: When going through the checkout process, you will be linked to our Earth-Centric website. If you choose to pay with your credit card you may do so here or with PayPal. There is a (Pay Now With PayPal) button on the order confirmation page that will take you directly to the PayPal web site. Payments are to be made within five (5) business days from the store purchase. If payment is not received within that time and/or we do not receive any communication from the buyer, we reserve the right to cancel the order and may be forced to leave negative feedback. Communication is very important!

Shipping Policy
Earth-Centric is able to process, pack, and ship your order quickly and efficiently. With few exceptions, most orders are picked and packed for shipment at our warehouse within 1-2 business days after the order is received online. Those few exceptions are related to merchandise availability, daily shipping cut-off times, and weekend/holiday shipping availability.
Merchandise Availability
With rare exceptions, all merchandise is in stock and ready to ship. In the event that one of your items is out of stock, we will hold the order until it can ship in its entirety as long as the missing items are scheduled to arrive at our warehouse within a few business days.

United State Postal Service (USPS)
United State Postal Service® (USPS) is one of the official shipping partners of Earth-Centric. For smaller quantity products or combinations of such you can either choose to have them shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post. Scheduled delivery for Priority Mail is usually an average of 1-3 business days. Scheduled delivery for Parcel Post is usually an average of 2-8 business days. You are given the option of which format to choose at the time of “Checkout”.
All actual shipping rates for this product and/or combined product orders are based on actual weight and destination within the Continental United States. We do not charge any “Handling” fees! At this time we do not ship International other than Canada & Mexico. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are interested in shipping to Canada or Mexico.

United Parcel Service (UPS)
United Parcel Service® (UPS) is another one of the official shipping partners of Earth-Centric. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order online. These costs are also found on your order acknowledgment email. The rates are based on the weight of your order, the distance from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon to the destination zip code, and your shipping method selected
UPS has a minimum cost per order of around $6-$7, depending on the destination zip code. Once this minimum is met, the incremental cost goes up slowly. If you are only ordering one small item, it may cost you more to have it shipped than you are paying for the product. If you add more items to your order, you will see that usually the shipping cost does not go up that much. To minimize your shipping cost per item, it is better to buy in bulk.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled, the UPS tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. Please add info@Earth-Centric.com as a non junk email address so we don’t end up in your spam filter when emailing the notifications.
Service Area
Earth-Centric ships domestically within all 50 States and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to Post Office box addresses. We do not ship international other than Canada and Mexico. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are interested in Shipping to Canada or Mexico.

Daily Shipping Cut-off Times
Most orders will be processed and shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1 p.m. Pacific time Monday through Friday. It is our goal to ship the same day or next business day for all orders, but we cannot guarantee these shipping times. If your order is time sensitive, please use one of the expedited shipping methods.
UPS does not offer pickup or delivery services on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. In the United States, UPS observes the following holidays:

Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times. For service availability and to calculate the delivery time for a package shipped between a specific origin and destination worldwide, Calculate Time & Cost.
Expedited UPS Shipping Options
In addition to UPS Ground, we also offer these shipping options:
UPS Next Day Air – Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination
UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery by the end of the second business day, some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time
UPS 3 Day Select – Delivery by the end of the third business day, available in the 48 contiguous states
If your order is placed after 1 p.m. Pacific, we cannot guarantee that it will ship on that day. While we try to ship expedited orders out as quickly as possible, if the order comes in late in the day it may be shipped on the next business day.
Expedited shipping methods do not affect our order processing time. However, expedited shipping will shorten the time it takes for UPS to get your order to its final destination once it is picked up from our warehouse.
The following example illustrates this concept: An order is placed on a Thursday at 10pm with UPS Next Day Air. Using the UPS pickup and delivery schedule, the earliest the shipment would be available for pickup is on Friday, available for delivery on Monday – the next business day.

QUANTITIES & AVAILABILITY
For a lot of our Earth-Centric Ebay Store inventory, we have multiple quantities of each of our products backed up by a couple of our supplier’s warehouses. We normally start our inventory items out with a hundred (100) in stock for both wholesale and/or retail orders, on any of the products featured here in our store, if you have any questions regarding this matter, please inquire via email at: info@Earth-Centric.com. In any of our Earth-Centric Ebay Store inventory we try to make sure that each item is still in stock from our suppliers at the time of store purchase. In the very extremely rare situation that the product may not be available at the time of store purchase, it may take up to 30 days for delivery. If there is a similar item available, we will offer that to you as a replacement, or we will provide full refund.
